Does anyone have any spells that charge stones to keep two people connected??

Sunday, October 5, 2008, 05:30 PM EST [Spells]

I have a wandering friend who is often far away for long periods of time.  My plan is to have two stones, in this case obsidian.  I want to know if it is possible to charge both stones with the information I want.  I would like the stones to serve as protection and peace and healing between us.  I plan to give my friend one of the stones.  Does anyone know if a specific spell that would help me do this?  Your comments would be very much appreciated.

    A Fairy Nice Day

Saturday, September 20, 2008, 07:10 PM EST [Witch Crafts]

Today I went on quite special trip.  My Sister and Neice went on a fairy house tour.  For those of you who don't know about the fairy house book series, I have included the web site information.

    www.fairyhouses.com

This wonderful series, written by a New Hampshire author strives to connect children with nature, and if you believe, them, invites fairies and their blessings to your garden.

We went on a tour of the historic Strawberry Banke area of Portsmouth NH, where the first buildings put there by settlers have been restored an turned into a museum.  Each homestead has a real garden plot.  Some are practical cottage gardens, and others are formal english gardens, knot gardens, you get the idea.

This is the setting for area artists and professional fairy house makers to strut their stuff.  Some of these people's creativity and imagination is astounding.

At the end of the tour, there is a pile of natural materials and children and their parents are encouraged to create their own fairy house.

If you are interested in a fun activity to undertake with your kids, try building your own fairy house.

I will be posting a spell to bless your new fairy house construction soon.

    What is a Fairy House?

Fairy Houses are small structures made for the fairies to visit. Sticks, bark, dry grasses, pebbles, shells, feathers, seaweed, pinecones and nuts are just some of the natural materials used.

Ranging from rustic to intricate 'fairy mansions', these whimsical habitats are built by children, families, gardeners and nature lovers reflecting their creativity, joy and pride.

     Fairy House Rules

    1. Fairy Houses should look so natural they are almost hidden. A location close to the ground is best.

    2. You should use only natural materials. Dry grasses, leaves, sticks, pebbles and pinecones are just a few examples of materials to choose.

    3. Be careful not to use or disturb any of nature's materials that are still living, especially flowers, ferns, mosses and lichen. Fairies do not like to disturb or destroy anything that is growing in nature.

How to Build a Fairy House

Fairy Houses can take many forms and can be created in many different places.

Find a quiet place away from roads or busy pathways. The base of a tree or the side of a rock could be just right. Close to the ground is usually best. Sometimes you may find a special place in the low branches of a tree or bush.

Look for building areas in woods, beaches, meadows, and especially your own backyard! Use only natural materials to build your house - nothing artificial.

Sticks, bark, dry grasses, pebbles, shells, feathers, seaweed, pinecones and nuts are just some of the
materials you can use. A fairy house built in the woods will look different than one built at the beach!

Be respectful of plants that are growing. Try not to disturb plants that are still living, such as ferns, mosses and flowers. Fairies are careful not to harm anything that is growing.

Many fairy houses look so natural that they are almost hidden. Have fun building them everywhere, in every season, and enjoy all of your special visitors!

Make your own set of love beads.

It is believed that any representation of a circle, such as a bead, represents the unending circle of life.  When we touch the beads in this spell, we are experiencing the physical sensation of the smooth, unending surface of the bead, using the object to help focus on our intent - the unending energy of love.

10 White Beads for purity and spiritual love.

    10 Pink beads for friendship

10 Red beads for love and passion

Gold cord, length is up to you.

    Love Drawing oil.

    Instructions:

String the beads saying the self-blessing rite:

Blessed be my feet, which walk the path of the Mother.

May I be protected by the strength of the Father.

Blessed be my knees that kneel at the sacred altar.

May I find healing from the seat of unlimited power.

Blessed be my heart, so that I may give solace to my brothers and sisters.

May I practice courage, patience, honesty and love.

Blessed be my lips which speak the sacred names.

May my words be truthful, caring and wise.

Dress the beads with oil.  Speak the prayer daily while turning each bead.  These beads can be used to call specific energies to you by repeating the above prayer, followed by our love request.
